I am a graduate student at Pennsylvania State University pursuing my PhD in geosciences. Research-wise I am interested in how organic molecules interact with soil and rocks both here on Earth and on other planets (especially Mars). I study this through laboratory experiments and molecular modeling.

Little Wins

Graduate school can be rough, so I like to celebrate little wins (both personal and professional) to keep me going.

Everyone in our lab won a departmental grant/award today! Go Freeman group! Image credit: http://gph.is/1izvWJ2

All of the IC-MS data for my organic irradiation experiments has been collected! Now I just need a government computer from NASA to process the data. Image credit: https://wifflegif.com/tags/4499-dancing-cat-gifs
